Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Clean Roost ("Clean Roost", "we", "us"), operated by Coquí Dream Studios LLC. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using cleanroost.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Clean Roost.

What Clean Roost is

Clean Roost is a platform that helps you start and run a cleaning business: a brand, a website, and tools for clients, scheduling, money, and marketing. Clean Roost is currently invite-only, and some features are still in development.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you use Clean Roost on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your business is yours

Clean Roost gives you tools. The cleaning business you run with them is yours, and you are responsible for operating it. That includes, among other things:

• Registering your business and getting any licenses, permits, and insurance you need.
• Your taxes, and how you classify and pay anyone who works with you.
• The service you provide to your own customers and your relationship with them.
• Following the laws that apply to your business and where you operate.

Guidance is not professional advice

Clean Roost may offer guidance on things like forming a business, licensing, insurance, and taxes. This is general information to help you get started, not legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice. For advice about your specific situation, talk to a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Clean Roost for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
• Interfere with, overload, or try to break or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Scrape, copy, or resell the platform except as these terms allow.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and business data you put into Clean Roost. You give us the permission we need to host, process, and display it so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

Plans, fees, and payments

When paid plans are available, the prices, setup fees, and billing terms will be the ones shown when you sign up. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card-processing fees and any platform fees are disclosed in the product. You are responsible for taxes on your own sales. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects you.

Third-party services

Clean Roost works with services like Stripe, Google, and others. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

Service provided "as is"

Clean Roost is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clean Roost and Coquí Dream Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Clean Roost at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will do our best to let you know.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
